Tebo Dental, an Atlanta-based pediatric dental group, is looking for motivated, team-oriented, and dedicated professionals. This position requires on-site presence at our Lilburn location.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the HR department to facilitate efficient operation
  • Sort through incoming resumes and identify qualified candidates for various positions
  • Update career platforms and maintain job ad placements according to company needs
  • Conduct phone screenings for potential candidates based on staffing needs
  • Contact professional references for candidates who are moving forward in the interviewing process
  • Coordinate meetings and schedule interviews with candidates
  • Provide exceptional customer service support for candidate inquiries
  • Administer various skills assessments and analyze results to ensure candidates’ skills are in alignment with the position(s) in which they are being considered
  • Follow up via phone/email to advise candidates of status updates for their applications
  • Update candidate profile statuses in various career platforms
  • Create and update job descriptions, skills testing batteries, etc. as needed
  • Administer new-hire paperwork and ensure proper documentation is acquired
  • Attend meetings to take detailed notes and send to attendees
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and other documents to streamline communication
  • Assist with the organization and preparation of career events
  • Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a 2-year degree in a business-related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a human resources, recruiting, sales, and/or talent acquisition role preferred
  • Available to work Monday-Friday
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail
  • Must have a high-degree of professionalism to handle confidential information in a discreet manner
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish is a plus
