Job Description

Tebo Dental, an Atlanta-based pediatric & teen dental group, is looking for a professional to join our motivated and ambitious team. Responsibilities:

  • Build positive rapport with patients and parents by delivering exceptional customer service over the phone
  • Promptly respond to incoming calls
  • Utilize scorecards to ensure you meet the standard requirements for each call
  • Schedule appointments to ensure all practices are booked according to protocol
  • Accurately document all information exchanged during each call
  • Contact parents/patients to remind them of their scheduled appointments
  • Effectively communicate office policies over the phone

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Able to work Monday-Friday as well as select Saturdays and holidays
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
