Job Description
Tebo Dental, an Atlanta-based pediatric dental group, is looking a Call Center Representative who is motivated, team-oriented, and a dedicated professional. Ideal candidates will have exceptional attention-to-detail and will be intelligent, organized, dependable, driven, forward-thinking, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company. Our practices are located in Lilburn, Peachtree Corners, Dacula, and Gainesville and are close to highways for easy commuting.
Responsibilities:
- Build positive rapport with patients and parents by delivering exceptional customer service over the phone
- Promptly respond to incoming calls
- Utilize scorecards to ensure you meet the standard requirements for each call
- Schedule appointments to ensure all practices are booked according to protocol
- Accurately document all information exchanged during each call
- Contact parents/patients to remind them of their scheduled appointments
- Effectively communicate office policies over the phone
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Previous customer service experience
- Able to work Monday-Friday and select Saturdays
- Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
