Tebo Dental, an Atlanta-based pediatric dental group, is looking for professionals to join our motivated and ambitious team. Ideal candidates for this position will be outgoing, intelligent, dependable, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome all visitors upon their arrival to the office and provide them with exceptional customer service
- Accurately enter data into each patient’s family account
- Ensure appropriate documents are distributed to patients at their appointment
- Verify and scan patient identification and insurance cards
- Help answer phones and schedule appointments as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to travel between our office locations
- Available to work full-time between Monday-Friday
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail
