Important Update Regarding Our Reopening!

Dear Parents & Patients,

Our mission has always been to provide our community with the highest available quality care. As we reopen our doors, the steps demonstrate our persistent resolve to this commitment. At your next appointment, in addition to upholding the OSHA standards that we have always maintained, you will notice updated office protocols, new technology, and additional equipment above and beyond the required. Please read them over, so you know what to expect when you come to your appointment.

Before your appointment: Parents/guardians or patients must complete a health screening questionnaire. All required paperwork must be completed online 24 hours before the appointment. Please also be on the lookout for important details regarding new precautionary protocols.

Temperature checks: All team members, parents/guardians, and patients will be screened daily. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4° or higher will not be permitted to enter our building.

Arrival: Upon arrival, one of our team members will greet you and administer an additional screening questionnaire, so please bring your pen. We ask that you keep a 6-foot social distance from other patients and staff.

Additional prevention measures: Wearing a facial covering is required to enter our practice for anyone ages two and older, as recommended by the CDC. Due to limited supply, we cannot provide face masks to patients and parents.

Precautionary changes to the patient experience: In the best interest and safety of our patients and staff, we will no longer offer amenities that put people at risk, including bottled water, magazines, toys for children, video games, and theaters or Tebo. The Tooth in-office visits for children during their appointments, etc. We will provide contactless payments when able.

Our new ‘look’: You will notice clinical team members wearing enhanced PPE (personal protection equipment) in adherence with CDC guidelines.

Behind the scenes: Our practices are always meticulously prepared for your arrival. Use of disinfection solutions and UV light will be used to ensure proper precautions are taken to sterilize PPE and clinical areas in our practices.

Time to say goodbye: At the end of your appointment, we will schedule your next appointment and email you the appropriate documentation. We will escort you towards the exit in a means that limits crossing paths with others as much as possible.
