Job Description
Tebo Dental, an Atlanta-based pediatric dental group, is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Dental Office Receptionist who is motivated, team-oriented, and a dedicated professional. Ideal candidates for this position will be outgoing, intelligent, dependable, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company.
We are seeking individuals who have outstanding customer service skills and are eager to make a difference in the lives of others, both in person and over the phone. Opportunities are available in our front office reception area in all of our locations as well as our call center in Lilburn. Our practices are located in Lilburn, Peachtree Corners, Dacula, and Gainesville and are close to highways for easy commuting.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome all visitors upon their arrival to the office and provide them with exceptional customer service
- Accurately enter data into each patient’s family account
- Ensure appropriate documents are distributed to patients at their appointment
- Verify and scan patient identification and insurance cards
- Schedule appointments as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to travel between our Lilburn, Dacula, Gainesville, and Peachtree Corners practice locations
- Available to work Monday-Friday
- Exceptional public speaking skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
